£1.5 Million Donated by Freemasons to Life Saving Air Ambulance Service.
Every year the air ambulance services in England and Wales save thousands of lives by providing rapid medical care in emergencies especially crucial to people on holiday or living in remote areas.
Since 2007, Freemasons have donated more than £1.5 million in support, including this year's grant of £192,000 from the Freemasons' Grand Charity.
On Thursday 26th June 2014 the latest donation from the Masonic Grand Charity for a further £4,000 has been donated to the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust by the Provincial Grand Master, R.W.Bro Peter George, accompanied by the Deputy Provincial Grand Master V.W. Bro Stephen Pearn and the Provincial Grand Secretary W.Bro Alan Odgers.
