Cornwall’s Study and Daylight Lodge of The East, took another milestone in its history, recently, when its Master W.Bro Nick Paddon installed his father Trev into the Chair of King Solomon.
Cornish Ashlar Lodge 9446, which meets in St Germans, has grown from strength to strength in these difficult times and has achieved a band of loyal brethren and visitors to its unique meetings. The brethren study and produce varied and interesting talks and discussions on all subjects Masonic.
Nick said “ It was an honour to get my dad through the Chair”, after Trev had spent 42 years as a master mason.
Ashlar just loves visitors and after an enlightening meeting Trev said “ The brethren just enjoy the topical conversation over a Cornish Pasty and a Cornish Saffron Bun”.
So why not try something different and join them on the last Thursday in October, January, March and May @ 11.00am in the pretty village of St Germans.
