The Provincial Office is open daily from 9.00am – 12.30pm. The Office is run daily by a small number of staff which comprises of the Office Secretary, Mrs. Cheryl Libby and assistant Mrs. Debbie Wignall

I am the Office Manager for the Province of Cornwall. I have worked within the Province now for 17 years and in that time I have met some wonderful people whose generosity of spirit and charity giving is inspirational.
My role in the Province is to provide administration support to the Provincial Grand Secretary and the Executive. I am the first point of contact for Lodge Secretary’s enquiries, providing support with such topics as Lodge summons content, New Members enquiries, Registrations, Bylaws amendments – and many more!
I am the first contact for emails and callers to the Provincial Office where a wide variety of enquiries are replied to. I support the Provincial Grand Secretary with the administration of Provincial Honours, receiving of recommendations, collation of the honours committee files, notification to individual members and notification to Lodge secretaries for awards given.
I assist the Provincial Grand Secretary with the Annual Provincial Meeting, issuing invites to other Provinces and individual members, taking bookings for the lunch and meeting.
For the Provincial Sunday Lunch, I support the Provincial Grand Stewards organisation of the event, by issuing invitations to the Lodge secretaries, taking bookings and collating the table plan.
Hi, my name is Debbie Wignall but most people call me Deb…I am 54 years old and I live in Truro with my partner Joe, son Scott & step-son Bobby. I have a daughter Sarah and a Grandson Reuben who is 4. My previous job was working at the Royal Cornwall Hospital for just over 20 years in the Clinical Decision Unit
I have worked for the Province for the last 14 years and thoroughly enjoy my job. My hours are Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm & my work consists mainly of assisting Graham Bennett, Provincial Almoner & working alongside Simon Copas, Assistant Secretary, regarding the 50, 60 & 70 year certificate recipients.
One of my important roles is to update our database regarding Registration Forms and Installation Forms and along with Mike Williams, Provincial Treasurer, produce and distribute the Provincial Annual Returns, as well as Grand Lodge Annual Returns
