Directions
From the west…
On the A30, take the (second) slip road signposted to Launceston and Plymouth. At the T-junction, bear left onto Tavistock Road. At the mini-roundabout with the ‘Tesco’ supermarket on the left, turn right signposted ‘Polson A388’ on Tavistock Road. Near the end of the road, there are 7 lock-up garages on the right. Opposite, at house signs for ‘San-Deblo’ and ‘East Venn’, turn sharp left up the steep driveway. The Hall is ahead on the left with a wooden Scout Hut on the right.
From the south…
On the A388, continue on the Tavistock Road into Launceston and follow the directions as above.
From the east…
On the A30 from Devon, at Lifton Down take the A388 slip road to the left, signposted Tavistock Callington, and follow this road pass the Rugby Ground on the left into Kensey Hill. At the junction, turn sharp left into Tavistock Road and the Hall driveway is opposite as above.
Parking
There is limited parking in front of the Hall but turning is difficult. It is easier to use roadside parking on Tavistock Road. Then enter the Hall premises through a pedestrian metal gate leading to a short flight of steps, which is opposite a ‘SLOW’ sign in the road just after the double yellow lines. Or follow the signs via Exeter Street to the public car park at the Market Place in Race Hill.
